I'm guessing that I'm not radically different from many other celiacs in
that quite a few of you may suffer from some of the same problems I do. I
stumbled upon a surprizingly effective solution recently for traumatic TOS
(thoracic outlet syndrome) and CTS (carpel tunnel syndrome) which were
making sleeping very difficult for me this summer since I was abusing my
hands & arms by many long hours of strenous painting & home improvements.
The solution: 4,000 mcg vitamin B12 a day. (I take it on a empty stomach.)
Works like a charm & sure beats surgery. (I learned about this from a
medical transcriptionist. She said it's almost considered a standard
protocol in the company she works for!) ~Valerie in Tacoma
