Host family wanted!

Our oldest daughter, Cecilia, 16, is finishing her lower education in Sweden
this spring. Before moving on to higher education, Cecilia is planning to
study one year at a US high school. She has therefor joined a student
exchange program called EF. This organization takes care of all the
formalities, details and responsibility of placing a European student at a
US high school.

That includes finding a volunteer family that is willing to become host
parents for a year. As Cecilia is a celiac she would prefer to come to a
family with some celiac experience. I have agreed with EF to use this
channel to increase the prospects offinding the right host family for
Cecilia.

If you think this could be interesting, or if you know of someone who might
be interested, I suggest that you call the following toll-free number to EF
in Boston: 1-800-44SHARE. They can provide you with all the necessary
information about the programand and they also have copies of Cecilia's
application forms. Needless to say, EF very carefully selects the students
that they allow to join the program.

Further information can also be obtained from one of the regional EF
representatives in the USA, who we met in Stockholm last week. Her name is
Carolyn Kennedy and she can be contacted by e-mail: [log in to unmask]

So please call 1-800-44SHARE or e-mail to [log in to unmask] if you want to
know more about the EF student exchange program and/or Cecilia Eriksson ,
16, from Sweden.
