My Mom was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease.  I am trying to learn
to cook for her.  Since I have a lot of the same symptoms, I have a
feeling I may be cooking this way for myself eventually.  This list is
helping quite a bit.  I am trying to find all the gluten free products I
can.  What brand of Vanilla Extract do any of you use?  So far, I have
not been able to find any that didn't contain alcohol.
