The 27th Annual CSA Conference  "Expanding the Knowledge" will be October
21-24, 2004 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  The Conference includes a Kids
Program.  Continuing education is available for doctors, nurses and
dietitians.

This conference will enable attendees to:
Appreciate patient-centered education and promote self-management of celiac
disease and dermatitis herpetiformis
Develop and enhance life-long coping skills for healthy living.
Gain new knowledge of the increase of incidence, and the complexities of
symptoms, diagnoses, research and treatment of celiac disease
Understand the role of human and plant genetics, biotechnology, the
environment, and exposure to triggering proteins as they relate to celiac
disease and dermatitis herpetiformis.

The Conference is desinged for individuals and their families who are
interested in health and diet issues relating to celiac disease. Includes
opportunities for networking and offers continuing education units for
physicians and other health-care professionals.
