Hi

Is "malt flavoring" in cereals (in the US) artificial flavoring (i.e., GF)
or made from real malt (not GF)? I know, that even small amounts of malt
extract are considered harmless in Europe. However, in a zero tolerance diet
it would have to be prohibited.
