I bought two flour mixes today - one I'm sure is fine - ENER G Brown Rice flour baling Mix the other by the ingredient list should be fine, but some odd bell is going off to check it. I know gluten free is different from Wheat free - but Arrowhead Mills Wheat Free All Purpose Baking Mix looks fine - Brown Rice flour, potato starch flour, tapioca Flour, baking powder, whole bean fava bean flour and sea salt.  Does anyone have a definitive answer why it' not marked gluten free - just wheat free.
