Thank You all for your responses and your support!!! I've been
struggling with this for a long time and it's nice to know there are
others out there. Here is the summary of all the responses I recieved.

Everyone was in agreement that Pamela's Chocolate Chip Cookies are
wonderful. www.glutenfreepantry.com has a great store and many people
suggested their brownie mix. www.csaceliacs.org has a shopping guide
for $8. Everyone suggested that it is well worth the $8!

Mail Order Gluten Free Bakery www.mrritts.com or www.mrrittsbakery.com

Another Great resource was www.delphi.com/celiac

I did place an order with www.missroben.com This website seems to have
a lot of great GF products.

www.kinnikinnick.com has a variety of GF products I did order with them
it took about 10 days to arrive. The cookies and muffins are good.

The basic information everyone gave me was that U.S. doctors do not know
enough about Celiac Disease. It is one of the most commonly
misdiagnosed diseases in America. Many list members are "offically
diagnose" and many aren't. I've studied many websites over the past few
days and found a lot of info from doctors that have been studying CD.
They all say that diagnosis should be a combination of Blood test,
Biopsy, Symptoms, and Reaction to GF diet. No specific test should
diagnose or rule out the disease. I believe that these few doctors are
right on the nose about this disease.

Everyone was pretty much in agreement that GF breads are not very good
but there are many other baked goods that can be made with GF flours and
no one can tell the difference.

Thanks to you all for your responses, I will attend a Support Group
Meeting.
