I had over 30 replies (mainly from Canada & USA) about Tamari sauce, many
thanks to you all.

Here is a brief summary :
- Nearly everyone said it was a form of soy sauce
- 2 were not sure if it was GF or not so wouldn't eat it
- 4 said it was GF
- 11 said GF tamari sauce was available, 6 of these said San-J did a GF tamari
sauce and 1 said the alcohol in San-J was from corn
- 1 person said Eden Foods of Michigan did a GF tamari sauce
- 1 person in New Zealand said GF available there
- 1 person in UK said tamari sauce made by Meridian was GF, but it was a sweet
sauce (UK list members will be interested in this)

The version available in UK is of particular interest to me, but it's also
good to know what is available in Canada and USA when we visit there. So we
can't assume that tamari sauce is GF, and I shall inform our health food shops.

Once again, many thanks to everyone
