Likewise, I would like to know if anyone has used Tabasco sauce with any
bad results. Since I am a big hot sauce fan, I'd like to know if Tabasco
is okay. I'm in the process of really refining my diet because of a
terrible flare-up from unknown gluten in products I thought were safe.
