"She Who Must be Obeyed" has a plastic bag full of flour that the label has
decided to seek residence elsewhere. It is either potato starch or tapioca
flour. Three easy questions (for someone):

1. is there a way to tell which one it is?

2. Can they be used interchangeably, or does it make a difference which one
it is?

3. Is there some way I can use her rare mistake to my advantage :)
