I try to avoid corn syrup....but candy recipes do call for it.  I
checked out the Sue Bee honey website and the candy recipes were almost
identical to the ones I have which used corn syrup....they sub.
honey....as far as I can tell...measure for measure.

I also remmeber seeing in some old cook books a sub of using sugar and
water for cornsyrup.  sorry, do not know the proportions Ann
