My son loves to order Tater Skins for his meal but sadly to say we found out
that some tater skins may actually have gluten on them even though the
ingredients are gluten free. Many restaurants recieve their tater skins
already prepared and frozen. To serve them, they throw them in the oil that
is used to fry other appetizers which contaminates them. We found out
tonight that at least at our Texas Roadhouse they have a dedicated fryer for
the potato products which are gluten free. My son is so excited to find
somewhere that he will be able to order these again.

Does anyone have any other suggestions of restaurants that serve gluten free
potato skins and fry them either in a dedicated fryer or with other gluten
free products?

Thanks,
Valerie
