$5.00 per person (pay at the door)

Proceeds (from admissions) will be donated to:
The Celiac Disease Center
Columbia Presbyterian University
The Suffolk County Celiac Group will match all admission fees

Celiac Disease, The Hidden Epidemic 
by Dr. Green will be available for purchase

The meeting will be held in the Auditorium instead of  the Cafeteria at
our usual meeting place:
West Islip Community Center
90 Higbie Lane
(between Sunrise Hwy & Montauk Hwy)
West Islip 
(please use the front entrance)

Seating is limited to the first 150 people
