Hello all,

I will be traveling with one non-celiac adult to San Diego later this week for a part business, part vacation trip. We will be staying in the zoo-Sea World area, but already have ideas about seeing the sights in other areas too. Are there any destination restaurants that are "must-try" types for celiac nearby? Any to particularly avoid? I am an experienced GF traveler, so I don't need general travel advice, I am just looking for specific ideas for local cuisine and restaurants I would not see on the east coast. Thanks in advance! I do love the community support that is offered from this list! I will summarize, but I might wait until I get home and add my own experiences.
