Well, 43 replies so far and counting.  I am truly moved to tears by your
messages of support with tons of information and personal experiences--so
varied I am at a loss to summarize.  Thank you all so very much.

They create gluten-free (marked on container) puddings.  Only ingredients
in the rice pudding are milk, rice, sugar, eggs, pure vanilla, salt.  Also,
gluten-free banana pudding and chocolate pudding.
