December 2006 Recipes (All recipes are reader requests!)
*Gumdrop Cookies -Snipping gumdrops, and sneaking a few to munch, makes this
recipe fun for the whole family to make and bake.

*Spritz Cookies -So many readers requested this recipe. Our gluten-free
spritz cookies are delicate and buttery. Just how they should be.

*Eggnog Cookies -Do you love eggnog? I do! These cutout cookies are a nice,
new take on classic sugar cookies.

*Stained Glass Window Cookies -You know the ones...with the hard candy
center!

*Candy Cane Cookies -Creating candy cane cookies is so much fun. I loved
rolling the dough into "snakes" and then winding it around each other. The
end result is spectacular--in looks and taste!

*Spice Drops -A cross between molasses cookies and gingerbread cookies.
These spice drops "age" well and are perfect dunked into coffee or tea.

*Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies -Really, do I need to say more?

*Kolach -You must try this recipe. It's a wonderful yeast-raised pastry,
similar to a Danish.

*Carrot Loaf -This loaf makes a great breakfast, or gift, for the holidays.

*Rum Balls -No bake, of course!

*Pecan Tassies -The classic Kraft recipe has gone gluten-free.

*Buttery Coconut Cookies -Egg-free, gluten-free and full of flavor!

Have a wonderful holiday season! Talk to you in 2006!

Pssst....visit our Web site for a special back issue holiday sale.

Happy Gluten-Free Baking,
