I, too, experience exactly the same symptoms.  In fact, yesterday and
today have not been good days. . . loose bowels after two weeks of
severe constipation . . . gas, stomach ache etc.  It just hits without
warning and upsets any plans one has.  Does anyone have a cure for
the constipation?  That's what I need to get under control . . . but
Metamucil, Fibercon, etc. just give me bad reactions.  Any suggestions?
