I just contacted Parmalat USA and was told their egg nog is gf. I found
it locally under the Farmland Dairies label, it also states Parmalat on
the label.

This company also has milk (quart & 1/2 pint) in tetrapacks on the
grocery shelf plus milk products in the freezer & dairy sections. They
sell under the Parmalat, Farmland Dairies, Kinnett, Peelers Farm Fresh,
Clinton & Welsh Farms brands. They stated that all their products are
gf, except for the obvious products such as cookies & cream ice cream. I
did not ask about cross contamination, etc.

The label did not have a phone number or a website so had to spend at
least 20 minutes searching on the internet. I asked that they include
more information on their label since they would sell more products if
the information was more readily available.

According to their website their milk products are free of rBHT &
antibiotics. Their skim plus is made by adding more milk solids thus
reducing the amount of water and their lactose free milk is supplemented
with fiber from the chicory root & contains microflora (bifida).
