I called Nabisco today.  1-800-622-4726.  Customer service said the
distilled vinegar is grain based.  Not gluten free.  She read me a
recommendation from the Celiac Sprue Society that said individuals should
consult with their Doctor since some celiacs are more sensitive than others.
To me this means stay away from it.  This will be considered my summary.  A
couple of people I heard from thought it was safe. I hope this changes their
