Hi there all.  I am traveling to Seattle in a couple of weeks with three gf
kids (ages 9, 6, and 3).  I am really in need of suggestions for restaurants
that are both kid-friendly and able to accomodate gf needs in the downtown
area (we will be staying near the space needle for several days.  Also
healthfood or grocery stores in that area...

Then we are  moving along to Orcas Island and staying with friends....but
would appreciate any dining or shopping suggestions for that area.

My apologies to listowners who told me this was "too local" but I have sent
messages to any one I can find in the seattle area and am not getting the
info I need.

Please, no suggestions for equipment I should carry along...it is just me
and the kids and I am needing to pack very minimally so I can manage to
