Thought I would pass this on:

Yellow - turmeric
Orange - turmeric and beet juice
Red - beets, paprika
Blue - blue berries, grape juice or red cabbage
Brown- black tea, coffee
Light Purple - blackberries or purple grapes
Green - spinach, kate, parsley

Chop or crush dying material, using enought ot make 1-2 coups of dye. Place
in a non alum pan cover with water and boil for at least 5 minutes. Extract
until you get the color somewhat deeper than you would like. Use dye while
hot with eggs that have been boiled in water with 1 tbls of vinegar added.
Leave egg until desired color - remove and let dry.

Have fun - I have never done it - might try this year.

Sally
