Hello MetroCeliacs in the Windy City-

April Meeting coming up soon...

The THEME of the meeting is "What's for Supper?" So, bring a recipe (or
2) for a delicious and easy meal. As far as easy goes, we were thinking
of meals with 5 ingredients or less. It should be fun!

Feel free to email a recipe even if you cannot come to the meeting!

We will also discuss the upcoming Gluten Intolerant Group's (GIG)
Chicago event and our reviews of the Supper Club (April 27th at Trader
Vic's - more info on this to follow shortly).

We will also go over our progress on other upcoming MetroCeliacs
activities and our ever-evolving under-construction making-me-crazy
website.

If you would like to bring a snack to share, please do, but remember to
bring the ingredient list for people with mulitple allergies!
