I would approach this idea of bringing your own pasta to Carraba's with
extreme caution. People who don't understand the difference between
"whole wheat" and "gluten free" are bad enough, but you will also
probably find that, like Macaroni Grill, they'll be willing to cook it
for you, but not in a clean pot, or even in different water. If we have
to replace our strainers at home because of the gluten residue that
remains, you can imagine what the strainers would be like at any Italian
restaurant, and they aren't going to provide clean strainers to put your
"once gluten free but now thoroughly contaminated" pasta in. :-/

Carraba's has some *fabulous* gluten-free meals, and we've never had an
issue with them -- I was going there for the Chicken Bryan long before
I'd heard of celiac disease. So enjoy what they have, but don't bring
your pasta there to be cooked in a non-GF way!

Blessings,
Deb
