Thanks to all the members who replied to my request regarding Le Veneziane pasta which most responders agree is the best gluten-free pasta on the market. In summary, it is easily available in Canada and Italy but not in U.S. Within U.S. though there are a number of sites that list it, in fact, when I had contacted them they are not currently carrying it. The only place that had several kinds was at www.claros.com., a high-end Italian mail order grocery. Their mailing costs are quite high so if you want to order from them you'd better buy a lot of stuff to make it worth it. Basically the same is true if you order it from Canada. The Italian company does not themselves do mail order and I found no local stores that carry it either.
