I just returned from Des Moines and my daughter took me to Noah's Ark,
2400 Ingersoll Av., 515-288-2246.  She had a surprise for me!  They serve
GF pizza!  GF pasta!  GF salad dressings!  The owner has Celiac Disease.
The pizza was WONDERFUL!  I didn't try the pasta as I can make pretty
good pasta at home, but my pizza's are awful!  This was a wonderful
treat.  I was told they always have the GF pizzas on the weekends,
usually during the week, but call first if you wish to go during the
week.  I cannot possibly tell you how great it was.  Mark it down if you
live near there or ever plan to travel to Des Moines.
