Has anyone experienced severe abdominal or pelvic pain during pregnancy?  My
ob/gyn has no idea what is causing the pain.  He thinks it might be ligament
stretching due to the HCG hormone.  But, it started right away before I even
showed.  I am wondering if it could be due to scar tissue in my intestines
that was caused by all of the gluten I ate before I went gf.  Maybe the
pregnancy hormone somehow affects the intestines (??).
 
Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
