I just got off the phone with Jim Cheatham founder and CEO of Ragin' Ribs.

   This is a NEW Rib restaurant and from what I have been told EXCELLENT!!
I went over the ingredient list with Mr. Cheatham and the ribs, the sauces,
and the chicken are all gluten free!!!  Side orders we can have include
roasted apple sauce, smashed potatoes, green beans and collard greens.
   They do of course offer gluten containing items but he assured me that
the cross contamination issue is not a problem.  Just let them know when you
order to be careful with your food.!!
   THE BEST PART  ..... is they deliver!!!   So much for the pizza man!
Think how great it would be to have a hot gluten free meal brought to your
door!!
The restaurant will fax you a menu if you give them a call.  Please tell
them you heard about their ribs thru this list.
