Thanks to all who responded to my request for information on Kauai.  I would
like to recommend The Papaya Natural Foods store in Kaapa (in the Safeway
shopping center) for supplies-they have a good selection of GF cereals, and
Food for Life breads.  I would also recommend one of the best restaurants
I've been to lately, Keoki's Paradise in the Poipu area.  Keoki's staff was
very attentive and the food is great.  For those of you going to Kauai soon
have a great time!
