I'm the owner of 5 restaurants and one thing everybody forgot (and
myself until one month ago).  I had always a slight reaction when eating
at my restaurants when bringing my bread for them to toast (in a
separate pan) and eggs (separate pan too.  I only realized the butter
for toasts and make the omelet is contaminated.  It is the same big bowl
of butter they use for all other things.  Ask them to use small butter
squares for the eggs, and not butter your toasts.  Butter them yourself
w/butter squares.
