Thank you all for your wonderful responses.

Nobody ever had adverse reactions.  Drink plenty of water and some said they 
avoid the decongestant.  Some say it works better than anything.  One also 
recommended Muco-Stop from Enzymedica.

I have tried it and I feel so much better so I do recommend it.  I used the 
regular Mucinex!  Sandi
