Dear all,
     In response to all of you who wrote asking me for the
Cascadian Farms website, after I mentioned that CF's Spud
Puppies (like tater tots) are GF, here is the information
they sent me:

- vegetable medley w/ cheddar cheese
- golden sweet corn w/ butter sauce

- Indian Meal for a Small Planet
- Southwest Skillet Veggie Quickstart
- Caribbean Veggies & Rice
- Cascade Veggies au gratin
- Fiesta Casserole
- Madras curry veggie bowl
- all pickle products (pickles/condiments/sauerkraut) -- they say
"The vinegar in all of our pickle products is a distilled white
vinegar, processed with wood chips and is wheat/gluten-free"

The person providing this information (on Oct. 5, 1999) was
Cathy Berg, Consumer Services Representative, and she says
"if you would like to inquire about a specific product, please
call me at 1-800-624-4123, and I will check with our Research &
Development Department for you".

I found their website just by doing a search (on Yahoo, etc.)
for "Cascadian Farms" and the site address came right up.

As a person with no financial interest in this company, I can
say honestly that although their products are not cheap, they
are always of excellent quality.
