Wow!  I got so many responses in such a short time!

Most people have had negative experiences with corporate or their local restaurants.

Since these are franchises, there have been a few "good" to "acceptable" experiences based on local managers and staff, but most of the food comes pre-packaged with no way of knowing what's in it.

A young, inexperienced staff was also noted as a drawback.

Those who ordered successfully had plain broiled meat, plain potato, plain vegetable, or burger without bun.

I was hoping there had been a change in policy, but I have decided I'm not risking it.  Thank you all for your responses!
