We will be traveling to Paris in March, and would like to stay in the Latin Quarter or St. Germain neighborhoods.  I've searched the archives for information on Paris, and have saved all the restaurant postings the past 2 years.  But my dream is to stay in a hotel where the proprietors can provide me with a GF breakfast - and direct me to the best nearby restaurants.  Any ideas?
