Be sure to look for the **Golden Maize** version of the cereal. There is
also a President's Choice Ancient Grains cereal that contains kamut, spelt,
wheat bran and oat bran. This is the only Ancient Grains cereal my grocery
store carries, so (as always) read the labels carefully.
