Dear listmembers,

I just want to report thatjust a few weeks after the gluten "accident" that
brought my likely CD to my awareness, I am again regaining health that I
have not had in years. It is still touch and go, and I know I need to have
realistic expectations about the speed and consistency of my rrecovery, but
I am so excited at the hope of having a relatively normal life again that
the difficulties of the diet are much more bearable. Some of the great
cookbooks out there are helping a lot. I am just so grateful to have found
this list and to have access to so much information in such a short time.
It has made a huge difference in my emotional adjustment!

Thanks again to all for the fabulous help; looking forward to learning more
and doing my bit as well.

Thea
