G'day all!

I am having a bit of difficulty finding gf foods that are also wheat free
in the London area.  I am currently in Willesden green in London and plan
to visit Rugby and Blackppol, along with other places along the way.

any directions for places to buy gf/wheat-free foods welcome... :-)
