Dear Deb:

Thank you for your interest in Kohr Bros.(r) Frozen Custard.

We currently suggest that any gluten sensitive individual only consume
our plain vanilla Frozen Custard flavor. Make sure to order the vanilla
custard plain and served in a paper cup, not in a cake or waffle cone as
our cones are, of course, made from wheat flour. Also, make sure not to
have any sprinkles, toppings, mix-ins, or dip added as we can not
guarantee that cross-contact with other wheat containing ingredients
handled on the premises did not occur or that any such added items do
not contain any wheat, barley, oat or rye ingredients.

We've recently added statements to our "Nutrition Facts" sheet to advise
our customers that certain allergens are present in some products
stored, sold or handled in all of our stores. While we and our
suppliers seek to eliminate any possibility of cross-contact through our
sanitation and handling procedures, we've added the statements to give
our customers who may have sensitivities to certain food substances the
fullest information possible.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

Though we believe the information provided herein is accurate, we can
not assume responsibility for any undesirable consequences. We
encourage you to use this information in consultation with your
physician or nutrition specialist. If we can be of further assistance,
please do not hesitate to contact us again.

For our consumers who wish to learn more about gluten sensitive
diseases, we encourage you to contact the Celiac Sprue Association using
their toll free number, 877-272-4272. You may also visit their website,
www.csaceliacs.org.

Sincerely,

Shaunda L. Gardiner
Operations Assistant
