Launched less than two months ago, our new website, Ultimate Gluten Free, is devoted to providing well-researched information about restaurants, stores, and caterers.  We make a special effort to include small, independent businesses, in addition to the big restaurant and grocery chains.

Our simple navigation system allows you to quickly find restaurants in your town, plus we have just added sections on ski resorts and airports.  Search for restaurants which have a dedicated gluten-free menu, or search by cuisine.

Finally, we have just started a blog with recipes and clear reviews of recent research on gluten sensitivity.
