I have been trying for almost 6 months (following a significant menu
change) to get an updated list from Baja Fresh about their GF items.
(Baja Fresh has 295 restaurants in 25 states ...
http://www.bajafresh.com)

I finally received the updated list, so here it is.

If you have any questions, or wish to thank them for finally updating
the list, the person to contact is Joan Quattrocchi, email address:

I did write to her and suggest that it would be even MORE helpful to
list all the foods on the menu that ARE GF -- and she said she would
forward this request to their Operations executives. I believe,
however, we are to assume that any foods NOT on the list, below, and
on the current menu do not contain gluten ingredients.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Many Baja Fresh stores do not have dedicated
fryers, so all corn tortilla chips and the taquitos would be
contaminated in those restaurants -- since breaded fish and flour
tortillas are also cooked in those fryers. Also, something that I
happened to find out at our local Baja Fresh -- they use crushed corn
tortilla chips in their red sauce. Since, in our restaurant, I
cannot eat these (because they have no dedicated fryer), I can't say
as I'd advise eating any of the red sauce without first asking if
this is a practice they employ.

Here is the info from BAJA FRESH:
