Wanted to share this wonderful reply from Cascadian Farm. I had asked
them if their sauerkraut was gf.

On behalf of Cascadian Farm, thank you for your interest in our products.

Regarding the information on our wheat and gluten-free products, we do not
have a Wheat/Gluten-Free Products list available at this time. Our Research
& Development Department is planning to develop one. I will put you on a
list to send you one when it does become available.

In the meantime, I can tell you that Cascadian Farm sauerkraut, pickles and
condiments are wheat and gluten free. The vinegar in all of our pickle
products is a distilled white vinegar, processed from wood chips and is
wheat/gluten-free. All of our fancy fruit spreads; conserves; juice
concentrates, frozen potato products; frozen fruit; frozen vegetables in
bags; boxed Broccoli in Cheese Sauce, Baby Whole Carrots w/Honey Glaze,
Chopped Spinach, French Cut Green Beans w/Almonds, Peas & Pearl Onions,
Winter Squash, Vegetable Medley w/Cheddar Cheese, Golden Sweet Corn w/Butter
Sauce, and the Potatoes Au Gratin are wheat and gluten-free. In addition,
the Indian Vegetarian Meals for a Small Planet; Southwest Skillet Veggie
Quickstart; Caribbean Veggies & Rice, Cascade Veggies Au Gratin, Fiesta
Casserole, and Madras Curry Veggie Bowls are wheat and gluten free.

I know that there are probably other Cascadian Farm products that are gluten
free as well, so I would advise you to check all ingredient labels carefully
before purchasing them. If you would like to inquire about a specific
product, please call me at 1-(800) 888-7801, and I will check with our
Research & Development Department for you.

Again, I would like to thank you for your interest and support of the
Cascadian Farm product line. Your questions, comments, and suggestions are
always welcome.

Sincerely,

Cathy Berg
Consumer Services Representative

Can you please tell me if your organic sauerkraut is gluten free? From the
list of ingredients, it appears to be okay. But I need to be certain. Also,
do you have a list of your gluten free products?

Thanks for your help,
Myrna Goldstein
