In western canada, boston pizza has an allergy alert program. My teenaged
daughter has eaten there successfully many times. She says, "All you do is
tell your waitress that you have food allergies and all the alarm bells go
off in the kitchen". The kitchen staff will carefully check your order on
an allergy chart that includes every menu item, and, once verified, they
will cook your order in a special pan. Caution, if you visit a restaurant
that hasn't been recently renovated [in the last couple of years] they may
not be able to accomodate you, as has been the case in the town where we
live [but they are currently building a new one]. My daughter has been able
to find a newer boston pizza, or a mcdonalds, on most basketball trips.

Janice in Alberta.
