whoops..  After I heard from Lundberg on their rice cakes being GF I eat
about 6 in a row.  I did have a small celiac reaction.
Gas, bloating, ears ringing loudly, sleepy, and than  diarrhea.  It was
a slight reaction .  I when back to the archives and found Abigails
reaction to the product.   I am a new 3 month Celiac and was over exited
to find a 'safe' product.  I don't know for sure if it was the rice
cakes but I had nothing else to eat that evening.
