The Washington Post recently covered "recommended" NYC restaurants and
mentioned two that happen to be GFRAP restaurants! Following are synopses
with links (that will probably work for a limited time only).

The newspaper cited seafood restaurant Coast (110 Liberty St. at Church
Street) as a recommended restaurant near Ground Zero. You really can't get
much closer than Coast, which is also near Wall Street, Battery Park City,
City Hall, and the Brooklyn Bridge. "Office workers consider it the takeout
restaurant of choice, but there's also sit-down service at stools
overlooking the kitchen and in a long narrow dining room....Most customers
come for the fish, supplied by Coast owner Eric Tevrow's Early Morning
Seafood company, and it's easy to see why, as we were tempted by the lobster
roll, New England clam chowder and the oysters." Yup, you can get gf clam
chowder at Coast.

The newspaper also cited Risotteria (270 Bleecker St. between Sixth and
Seventh Avenues) as being family-friendly: "Risotteria, on a traditionally
Italian stretch of Bleecker Street in the West Village, turns out a
tremendous variety of interesting and delicate risottos with amazing speed."

Congrats to GFRAP on its fine work!
