One thing I have learned about this list is that I must be careful what I
ask. I had so many responses that it kept reading all morning. Ha Ha.

It seems that most of you agree that it is the pre-basting or injection of
ingredients that causes my problem. My wife and I had thought this might be
the problem but wanted to get the opinion of the group.We will look for
natural birds for now on and hope that solves the problem. A couple of you
did suggest that it just might be an allergy to the turkey itself. I think
the best way to find out is to just try a natural bird and se if I get sick
again. I sure hope not!
