Hi everyone!

I need help. I mentioned recently I had a first cousin who was diagnosed
wheat alergic as a child and went wheat free for a few years...I followed up
with him and posed this question to him. Following is his reply...

                          > Do you eat gluten?
My favorite food. I outgrew all my allergies. I was allergic to chocolate
and milk too, which really restricted my diet. I avoid a lot of milk and
cheese now, mainly for weight control. Back then they gave me asthma. I
still am not a major chocolate fan.

>From the responses I got from my original post - this seems like an unusual
situation. However my delimma is that he is an MD so how I approach this
will be tricky. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Or perhaps
reference material locations to refer to...
