"AUSTIN GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDS" will meet Thursday, April 18th,
at 7:00 p.m. in the home of Don & Kay Stence, 2304 Forest Bend
Dr. (off Barton Hills Dr.), about 10 minutes from downtown Austin.

The continuing focus will be on eating "healthy".  We offer support
to Celiacs, anyone with digestive problems, and those who need to
strenghten the immune system and become healthier. There will
be a tour of a GF kitchen, and sampling of a lactose-free homemade
yogurt smoothie, and delicious almond flour baked goodies, etc.

Regular members, please bring a favorite gluten-free, SCD "legal"
food with a list of all ingredients, as many are allergy sensitive.
