hi all, sorry it took awhile but was waitng for more mail, received 5 responses.
     here goes, hydrolized is a process of treating protein with an acid/water process. MSG is a type of hydrolized protein, check out www.truthinlabeling.org.
 stay away from hydrolized wheat and if ingredients don't specify which vegetable protein it is avoid it.

   5.  hydrolized means they split the proteins using water.
