In response to a recent post of mine, a number of people advised me that
modified corn starch is GF, at least in the U.S.  I understand that in the
U.S. "food starch" is GF, but "modified food starch" may not be.  I was
concerned that "modified corn starch" also my not be GF, depending on what
has bees used to "modify" it.  Can anyone tell me what "modified corn
starch" is?
