Hi Everyone,

I just noticed Wegman's Celiac Meal of the Week (under "Natural &
Organic)

Kudos to Wegman for servicing our celiac community! The following is
from their website

Happy eating!

Celiac Meal of the Week: Pan-seared

e.asp&recipe=6862> Chicken Breast with Eggplant and Blanched

e.asp&recipe=6528> Rappi is a family meal that everyone can enjoy --
even if you're "gluten-free." Just replace wheat penna regati pasta with
Glutano Wheat Free Maccaroni. Use seasoned cornstarch or rice flour in
place of pan-searing flour.

Top Marks for Wheat-Free Pasta
Fortunately, people with gluten intolerance don't have to forgo pasta or
compromise on taste. Nature's Marketplace carries a wide range of
non-wheat based macaroni, noodles and spirals by Glutano, DeBoles,
Ancient Harvest, and others that are absolutely delicious!
Thin spaghetti-shaped pasta can present a challenge. Recent high marks
in Cook's Illustrated magazine for Tinkyada Brown Rice Spaghetti Style
Pasta made me curious. True to claims, this rice "spaghetti" was
excellent-firm strands that didn't stick together with a mild, true
pasta flavor! Note: this pasta does take slightly longer to cook, but
the result is definitely worthwhile. Tinkyada makes a variety of
spaghetti and linguine style pastas-available now in your Nature's
Marketplace.
