Hey all

I'm at a loss. Prior to my diagnosis of CD/DH i used Claritin D for my
allergies. I switched to Allegra, and began to react. Using process of
elimination, It appears to be casein/lactose?? I have to finish the
Asthma testing before they'll send me to an allergist, so i have no idea
how to go about this other than by eliminating it and then eating some
in a month or so. But I can't figure out how to eliminate it.

You see:

Claritin D's manufacturer won't guarantee that the product is gluten
free.

Allegra and Allegra D contain lactose
Zyrtec contains lactose

So. If anybody out there is gfcf and has allergies, could you tell me
what you are taking? Thanks.
